- A project brief is recorded and forwarded to the Client for review.
- Project quotations are issued along with the approved project brief, process flow chart and time schedule evaluation.
- Projects are filed by Client, password protected and stored securely for future reference.
- Each project file also contains a Risk Assessment form for completion, with details of any known risks as advised by the client.
- Depending on the nature of the project, the job file may contain specific Health & Safety documentation and the Survey Specification.
- A pre start check sheet ensures that we have all the necessary information to complete the project successfully; design standards, sample drawings, first project critique.
- We create specific project check sheets that ensure the accurate production of project work.
- A second independent check is undertaken by office personnel who approve the project for general release.
- The issue of project work is date recorded for future reference.
- Clients are invited to join our project performance evaluation to provide important feedback on our service.
- Project information is catalogued and archived on our secure intranet server for Client access 24 hours a day.
