Health & Safety
We have placed the health, safety and well being of our people at the centre of our focus. We have developed a practice wide ethos of safety within all our working activities.
Our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Manager works with all our people in developing awareness of safe systems of work and runs a comprehensive induction and training programme ensuring that all our people are aware of their responsibilities and how their actions have a direct effect on others.
Through careful monitoring and reporting we have first hand knowledge of our safety performance. The results of which are actively discussed in management meetings. Improvements in our performance and better working practices are at the top of all management agendas.
We are proud of our 100% Health and Safety record.
