Homebase - UK
Homebase, now part of the Home Retail Group, operates from over 350 stores throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland. In 2002, following a referral from a Client at Sainsbury, we were contracted to provide layout planning services to support the development of 60 existing Garden Centres. In 2005 our services were required again to help re-design the main store layouts to accommodate a mezzanine level. Several members of our planning team have careers grounded in DIY retail which makes occasional projects such as these all the more enjoyable.
