T&S Stores (One Stop Convenience Group)

We have been working with T&S Stores since 1999. Initially we surveyed proposed acquisition sites providing detailed information on dimension and condition. In 2001 we undertook fire risk assessments on over 200 sites. In 2002 the group became part of Tesco Stores Plc who, already being a Client, commissioned Design Base to survey more than 350 stores, create Express format layout schemes and submit planning applications. Today we continue to help both T&S and Tesco with their ongoing acquisition and development programmes.
