Castorama - France & Russia

Castorama is the leading French DIY retailer with expanding operations in Italy, Russia and Poland. In 2005 Castorama embarked on a national refurbishment programme and we were appointed to provide critical survey information on over 100 existing stores.This project presented the challenge of testing our successful surveying service overseas for the first time. The project is proof that if you establish effective operational and logistical systems no matter the location you can consistently deliver projects that surpass expectation. Well done team.
