B&Q - UK & Ireland
B&Q is Europe's largest home improvement and garden centre retailer - with more than 330 stores, 40,000 employees and fast developing operations in China and Malaysia. We have been working with B&Q since 2004 on both store and garden centre refurbishment projects. More recently we have helped to survey the entire estate in preparation for the introduction of the latest merchandise management software. B&Q were one of our first Clients to recognize the benefits of our cost and time effective CAD services. We have helped them prepare departmental layouts for several nationwide initiatives within very short deadlines. In 2010 we completed a 100 store roll out of the successful Trade Point concept.
